Delivery Timescales
We aim to deliver all products within 7 working days of your payment being approved. In most cases our delivery times are much sooner, between 3 and 5 days. Please be aware that any delivery dates given are estimates only and can not be guaranteed. If a product is on back order you will be informed either by phone or email and have the option of changing or canceling your order. A signature is required by our couriers as proof of delivery, herefore we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes. If nobody is home to receive and sign for the delivery, the parcel may be left with a neighbour or delivered to another address where a signature is possible, just specify the address when asked at the checkout process.
In the lead up to Christmas most deliveries will take about the same time, but we recommend allowing an extra 3 working days to be on the safe side. If products go out of stock, we will contact you and offer a full refund or you ay request that the product goes on back order. Most back order items are delivered within 6 weeks.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
Return Policy
WE ACCEPT RETURNS ON ALL ITEMS RETURNED WITHIN 14 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE, A 10% RESTOCKING FEE WILL BE APPLIED FOR OVER ORDERED OR UNWANTED GOODS THIS COVERS OUR ADMIN FEES PACKAGING TIME AND MATERIALS ALL GOODS MUST BE PACKED IN THEIR ORIGANAL UNDAMAGED PACKAGING AND MUST BE RESALEABLE WE WILL NOT PAY RETURN POSTAGE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES UNLESS WE HAVE SENT YOU THE INCORRECT GOODS.IF
DAMAGED IN TRANSIT PLEASE MARK ON DRIVERS DOCUMENTS AS ALL OF OUR DELIVERIES ARE INSURED.
