Delivery Timescales
We aim to deliver all products within 7 working days of your payment being approved. In most cases our delivery times are much sooner, between 3 and 5 days. Please be aware that any delivery dates given are estimates only and can not be guaranteed. If a product is on back order you will be informed either by phone or email and have the option of changing or canceling your order.
If Next Day delivery is chosen, this may take up to 48 hours.
A signature is required by our couriers as proof of delivery, therefore we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.
If nobody is home to receive and sign for the delivery, the parcel may be left with a neighbour or delivered to another address where a signature is possible, just specify the address when asked at the checkout process.
In the lead up to Christmas most deliveries will take about the same time, but we recommend allowing an extra 3 working days to be on the safe side. If products go out of stock, we will contact you and offer a full refund or you may request that the product goes on back order. Most back order items are delivered within 6 weeks.
Returns Policy
We accept returns on all items returned within 14 days from the date of purchase.
A 10% restocking fee will be applied for unwanted goods and over-ordering. This fee covers admin, packaging and materials.
All goods must be packed in their original undamaged packaging and must be resaleable. We cannot be responsible for return postage and packaging under any circumstances unless we have sent the incorrect products/goods.
In the case of goods damaged in transit, please mark drivers' documents as all deliveries are insured.
